Q4: What UTM Product(s) is/are right for me?

A4: That my friend is a loaded question. Sophos has UTM products that fill a range from small businesses with 1-5 users to large scale 5000+ user corporations. Q5: What are your regular business hours?

A5: We have a team on call 24/7/365 in case of emergencies but our online chat hours and main business hours are 8 A.M. -5 P.M. Monday-Friday.

 

Q6: Why would I need to implement a UTM into my IT infrastructure?

Q7: Do you sell and ship products outside of the United States?

A11: Support hours cover all aspects of the UTM process. We will track your purchased hours and make sure you are aware of hours used. They can be used during regular business hours and after hours with prior approval.
